Case Financial Inks Deal for 5 ITMs in South Dakota & Iowa   

Anoka, MN – September 10, 2014 – Less than a year after they installed the first Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) in Minnesota, Case Financial will become the first organization to install an Interactive Teller Machine in South Dakota.

Late last week, Case finalized a deal with Frontier Bank of Rock Rapids, IA to purchase 5 ITMs for their branch locations in South Dakota and IA. “We are excited about the way this technology will help Frontier Bank to provide customers the branch bank experience at the times and places that are convenient to them,” said Scott Schneidermann, President and CEO of Frontier Bank. “We can offer expanded hours and a more interactive type of banking than you can get at a standard ATM.”

After the deal was finalized, Case Financial set-up a new Interactive Teller Machine in the lobby of Frontier Bank in Rock Rapids, IA and invited their clients to give the technology a “Test Run” to see how they liked it. The spectacle caught the attention of the local news station (Keloland TV) who quickly made their way down to do a report.

Frontier Bank plans to deploy their 5 Interactive Teller Machines beginning in the next few months. They have further plans to deploy an additional 2 ITM units in the Spring of 2015.
