Case Financial will match up to $10,000 per year in donations, with a $500 maximum donation per employee. You need to complete the below form and return a receipt for the donation submission. Most matches will be paid within 7 days and most 501(c)3 donations will be automatically approved. No political donations will be matched. You will be informed if your donation will be matched or not, and you may need to assist the Committee on obtaining additional information.
