·       No Direct Impact on Us or You: We would like to emphasize that neither Case Financial nor our products and services, have been impacted or compromised by this event.

·       Proactive Measures: As a precaution, our vendors and suppliers have partnered with a third-party cybersecurity firm to double-check and fortify their defenses, ensuring the continued security and integrity of their systems and your data.

·       Different Systems: It’s important to note that our technical infrastructure and systems are distinct and separate from QSI.

·       Constant Vigilance: Our commitment to security is unwavering. We continuously monitor, assess, and update our systems, practices, and protocols to address the ever-evolving cyber landscape.

Case Financial does not partner with QSI for any services or utilize any QSI technology within our business. This incident has zero impact to our clients, ATMs and your consumers. It should also be noted that this incident is not related, nor exclusive to, NCR hardware.
